| 摘要： | ITE JOURNAL: Give us a bit of background on your prior industry experience and where you were working before ITE. HARDY: Prior to joining ITE as the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Technical Officer, I was a Senior Manager with Spy Pond Partners, a management consulting firm serving transportation and infrastructure management organizations. Prior to that, I had a 13-year career at the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) serving as the Senior Program Director for Planning and Performance Management. At AASHTO, I managed AASHTO's policy and technical activities related to transportation planning, performance management (including asset management, organizational management, and risk management), planning research, and data management in collaboration with state transportation agency representatives and association leadership. The first part of my career was spent in the consulting world supporting the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the ITS Joint Program Office on various research and support projects related to ITS, transit, work zones, and modeling/simulation. |
