| 摘要： | It is with great sadness that ITE announces that Jim Pline, Honorary Member and former ITE International President, passed away on April 29 in Boise, ID, USA, at the age of 91. Jim's storied career in transportation began with his work for the Idaho Transportation Department as an Engineer in Training in materials and traffic in 1956. In 1959, Jim received the Highway Traffic Bureau's Certificate in Traffic Engineering on an Automotive Safety Foundation Fellowship. |
