| 摘要： | The following is a summary of a proposed recommended practice of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).The full report presents state-of-the-practice regarding speed reduction techniques updating the prior Recommended Practice of 2011 (RP-038A).This report was developed in accordance with formally adopted ITE procedures that are designed to help ensure that a representative cross section of parties is given an opportunity to provide input. These proposed guidelines are advisory only.This report is being published as a proposed recommended practice of ITE to be considered in its proposed form, but is subject to change after receipt and consideration of suggestions from those who have reviewed the report.
