| 摘要： | The Diversity & Inclusion (D&l) Committee is very excited for 2022. With three women on our Executive Committee, this is a year where ITE has a growing membership, a focus on our students to younger members, and efforts to encourage diversity and inclusion throughout all of ITE: leadership, membership, and activities-both professional and social. This year, we are planning to focus on resources and training to support leadership across our Districts, Sections, and Chapters to be more inclusive in actions and activities to encourage more diverse membership and programming. In collaboration with the Women in ITE Committee and ITS America, we are assembling a guide for our volunteer leaders on how to integrate D&l efforts throughout our Districts, Sections, and Chapters. This will include ideas on how to encourage more diversity in leadership, meetings, panels, and activities. |
