| 摘要： | Jenny L. Grote, P.E., PTOE, PTP (H) has dedicated her career to serving ITE and the profession. She is the principal of GroTrans Engineering, LLC, a transportation planning and engineering firm she launched in 2017 in the Phoenix, AZ, USA area. Prior to that she served the City of Phoenix Street Transportation Department for more than 30 years in progressively responsible positions, including deputy director over the Transportation Planning and Programming Division, and deputy director over the Street Maintenance Division. She has been a member of ITE since graduating with a bachelor of science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado in 1983. |
