We indirectly support the Safety, Capacity, and International goals. The highest priorities for the Office include improving the business processes and resolving issues relative to the new Department of Transportation (DOT) financial management system (DELPHI); continuing to obtain a 'clean audit' with a focus on managing agency assets; completing the implementation of the Cost Accounting System; and implementing a cost control program in support of the Flight Plan. |
