| 摘要： | This fall, J.F. Brennan Company, Inc. (Brennan) crews successfully completed the final phase of remediation after 3.5 years on the Grasse River. This project had a challenging scope with a demanding schedule but through a combination of great teamwork and outstanding production efficiencies, our team was able to complete the work and execute a safe demobilization prior to winter freeze up. Here's how we did it. In 2018, a small crew of Brennan operators and office staff mobilized to the site in Massena, NY, to lay the groundwork for the project. The primary goal of the cap pilot test was to install settlement monitoring equipment on the riverbed, followed by placing the components of a multi-layered armor cap that would allow our client's engineers to assess how in-place cap material would settle on the river bottom. |
