摘要：	On July 7, Jerry Gladwell retired from Ellicott after serving the brand for over 34 years. Jerry first joined Ellicott in the late 1980s when the Ellicott® and Mud Cat® brands were marketed under the Ellicott Machine Corporation. Over the years, the company name has changed as new partners bought into the company and is known today as Ellicott Dredges, LLC. Throughout history the Ellicott® and Mud Cat® brand dredges have remained the reliable choice for dredging contractors, municipalities, government agencies and private owners around the world. Jerry has served as a role model to new employees in both Engineering and Customer Service providing a foundation of dredging equipment product knowledge and has achieved many accomplishments while contributing to Ellicott's overall success. He has served as Night Shift Shop Foreman, Field Service Engineer, Customer Service Manager (overseeing parts sales and field service), and current role as Technical Liaison. He has traveled around the world servicing dredges in the Philippines, Indonesia, Egypt, and throughout the USA and has provided technical support to across hundreds of dredging projects and programs and countless customers.
