| 摘要： | The purpose of the Statewide Airport System Plan (System Plan) is to provide a framework for the orderly, ongoing, and timely development of a system of airports that is adequate to meet the current and future aviation needs of the state. The goals, objectives, and performance measures are to maintain a safe and reliable airport system; provide an efficient airport system capable of meeting existing and future demand; minimize environmental impacts and non-compatible land uses to the extent feasible; and develop system in a fiscally responsible manner. |
