| 摘要： | This change to Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circular (NVIC) 04 03 is to introduce a verification guide for the implementation of the maritime security regulations mandated by the Marine Security Act (MTSA) of 2002 and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code on domestic vessels. Additional policy guidance that has been introduced since the original NVIC was published is also included as a separate enclosure. |
