A: The trends that we are seeing because of collective global disruption reinforce two main themes for 2022: sustainability and resiliency. From an environmental perspective, new sustainability laws and regulations are impacting how logistics professionals must strategize. From a resilient supply chain standpoint, managers must find the right technology and processes to gain better visibility and stronger supplier collaboration. Collaborative networks and convergence between supply chain and procurement functions contribute to sustainable and resilient supply chains. |
