| 摘要： | Q: Considering the unprecedented times we just came through, what trends are changing the way managers need to approach their logistics strategies in 2022? A: It's amazing how resilient supply chain operations have been throughout this pandemic. We need to step back and give thanks to our logistics & transportation personnel for keeping it moving. The pressure to get PPE, medical supplies, food, and more that people require was thrust at them and capacity was abruptly shifted to make it all happen. At the same time ecommerce growth catapulted about 5 years within a few months. Going forward, logistics managers will continue to face the pressure in adapting extremely fast. |
