摘要: FDOT has developed and validated a multi-functional survey vehicle (MPSV) for rapid and automated collection of pavement condition data using its imaging subsystem and identification of hazardous conditions using its inertial subsystem. During the first phase of the study, an efficient technique was developed to filter noise present in the pavement crack images, by using intensity measurements obtained from a standard grayscale target.
