| 摘要： | In 2018 and 2019, the designs of 37 Street S.W. and 17 Avenue S.W. in the City of Calgary were considered and included as part of the Main Streets program, aimed at "making life better every day"for citizens by implementing a comprehensive process to transform city main streets into places where people want to live, work, and play. Construction of main street improvements on both West 17 Avenue and 37 Street is expected to be completed later this year. When complete, the project will provide: 1. Enhanced pedestrian safety and comfort 2. Improved mobility options, including transit and cycling 3. A design that reflects its identity of the surrounding communities. |
