| 摘要： | The Governing Board of the Sacramento Transportation Authority (STA) and the Sacramento Abandoned Vehicle Service Authority (SAVSA) is pleased to present the 1996-97 Final Budget for these two entities. This document represents the operational plan for administering these two agencies and provides summary documentation regarding all agency programs. The prime directive for both the STA and SAVSA is to maintain 100 percent accountability while maximizing the public's return on investment. This budget provides another opportunity to achieve this goal by providing interested citizens with the ability to closely examine the operations of these two agencies. |
