| 摘要： | Safety is the primary service that the ATO provides. We constantly examine operational risks in our service and always seek ways to reduce risk and improve safety. This is accomplished through a blend of strategies, including controller and pilot training, new systems to improve situational awareness, and other techniques identified through our ICAO-compliant Safety Management Program. While the aviation accident rate is at historically low levels, we still are not satisfied that the system is as safe as it can be. |
