| 摘要： | As the world advances towards alternatives to fossil fuel-based vehicles to slow climate change, create new jobs, and reduce the number of materials for vehicle manufacturing, ITE members and the community of transportation professionals at large will be called upon to advise on planning, design, construction, and operations/maintenance issues regarding how these vehicles and its associated infrastructure will impact our transportation system and communities. Electric Vehicles (EVs) and supporting efforts for electrification for both light and heavy vehicles, as well as micromobility, will contribute to a more sustainable future. The question is-what are the fully realized environmental benefits, economic impacts, and social implications on our communities as we shift to more electrification? |
