摘要：	As the summer of 2023 begins to fade into September, the ITE Roundabout Committee is gearing up with excitement for the best time of the year, National Roundabouts Week, September 17-23,2023. ITE will be promoting National Roundabouts Week through social media along with Federal Highway Administration social media efforts to ensure all transportation professionals are aware of the importance of roundabouts, and how single lane roundabouts are safer intersection control than traffic signals for all users. It's been a busy couple of years for ITE's Roundabout Committee, starting in 2022 with three webinars and two major projects for the membership. The first project was developed by Jordan Pike to determine roundabout design guides/materials in each of the states and Canadian provinces, with a map tool to enable easy access to each state and associated contact information on roundabout design reference materials, by state/province. The other project was developed by Jonathan French, P.E. (M) and involved a similar statewide study of roundabout education for drivers at the driver's license testing level. Jonathan searched each U.S. state and summarized the available roundabout education for young drivers and prepared a spread sheet summary of the information.
