摘要：	The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Performance and Accountability Report (PAR) for Fiscal Year 2007 provides performance and financial information that enables Congress, the President, and the public to assess the performance of the Department relative to its mission and stewardship of the resources entrusted to it. This Report satisfies the reporting requirements of the following major legislation: Reports Consolidation Act of 2000; Government Management Reform Act of 1994; Government Performance and Results Act of 1993; and Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990.
