| 摘要： | Steve Kuciemba (F) has been announced as the new ITE Executive Director and CEO upon Jeff Paniati's retirement. Paniati, who has served ITE in this position since 2015, will retire on October 31,2023. Kuciemba has been part of ITE's Executive LeadershipTeam as Deputy Executive Director and Chief Technical Officer since October 2022. As CTO, Steve supports the Council LeadershipTeam, six technical councils and 15 standing committees; leads ITE's multimillion-dollar annual contract program; facilitates partnerships with other associations; guides the technical program for the ITE Annual Meeting and the Spring Conference; and manages the ITE technical staff. Kuciemba has more than 35 years of transportation experience in the public sector, private sector, and in the association space.
