| 摘要： | Oakland's equitable community outreach and partnership model, used successfully in developing the 2019 Bicycle Plan Update, Let's Bike Oakland, is a trailblazing approach that tosses out the old playbook on public outreach.1 In this new model the city directly engaged more than 3,500 Oaklanders in person and received more than 2,300 comments online. Engagement focused on hearing from Oaklanders in underserved communities whose voices have historically been overlooked. |
