They then need to direct their time and resources to find out what caused the issue: was it working fine earlier that day? Was there a contractor scheduled at that intersection? These are a couple of common questions that are difficult to answer without a visit to the site or multiple phone calls to staff and contractors which leads to unnecessary costs and labor. |
