| 摘要： | In 2002, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration entered into a cooperative agreement with the National Latino Council on Alcohol and Tobacco Prevention (LCAT) and the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE) to develop and implement strategies to reduce alcohol-related motor vehicle fatalities and injuries among Latino populations. High-visibility enforcement and communications and outreach strategies were integral parts of the project at each of the demonstration sites. |
