| 摘要： | This survey is being conducted as part of a national research project sponsored by the Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP), which is part of the National Academy of Sciences. The purpose of the research is to examine the factors that affect the recruitment and retention of vehicle operators used in the provision of ADA complimentary paratransit services. Best practices and guidance on improving recruitment and retention will be developed. |
