The Tenney Group, which specializes in trucking M&A, called last year an "incredibly active year [in the] transportation-and-logistics, mergers-and-acquisitions-space" in its 2023 Annual Report; and Spencer Tenney, the groups CEO, said in a recent Truckload Carriers Association webinar he doesn't see M&A activity slowing in 2023, despite inflationary challenges, and growing potential for recession. |
