"Grace is a true market leader in its geographic space," said Jerry Cignarella, PSC president. "This acquisition is a perfect strategic fit for PSC's focus on expanding its capacity into new markets. We look forward to fully integrating these sites and adding immediate value for our customers." Founded by the Fox family in 1999 in West Memphis, Ark., Grace Trailer Service has grown to include three locations: West Memphis; Little Rock, Ark; and Memphis, Term. All Grace sites are full-service parts and service centers. Its West Memphis facility is a multi-line new trailer dealer with five tank-washing bays. "I'm excited for the team of employees who worked so hard to help build this company," said former Grace owner Chris Fox. "Now being a part of PSC represents a great opportunity for them." |
