| 摘要： | In 1984, the City of Grand Haven received funds from the Michigan Coastal Zone Management Program to conduct a study of Harbor Island. While the previous coastal studies have concentrated on the downtown areas, the Harbor Island area has not previously been studied in detail. The purpose of this study will be to analyze the Harbor Island coastal area, explore alternative design schemes, develop site designs, and explore implementation programs. |
