摘要：	Randall J. "Randy" Clifford is National Tank Truck Carriers' 75th chairman of the board. The chairman and CEO of Long Beach, Calif.-based Ventura Transfer Company was elected to succeed Rob Sandlin, president and CEO of Florida Rock & Tank Lines, during NTTC's 2022 Annual Conference & Exhibits in San Diego, Calif. "I'm extremely honored to have the faith and trust of my peers to have been elected by the leaders of our industry as the next chairman of the board," Clifford said. Clifford shared some of his 153-year-old company's history with conference attendees, and compared it to the NTTC. "Ventura Transfer had to continuously change and evolve to match the markets, economic conditions, services, technologies, and demographics of the time in order to remain relevant," he said. "NTTC, in its 78 years, has had to do the same, and I look forward to building on that legacy and contributing to its future."
