| 摘要： | In Europe's northernmost city Hammerfest a new airport is planned in order to relieve problemes of limited capacity and weak regularity affecting travel demand generated by offshore petroleum acitivities. Two alternatives are evaluated (119 m and 1999 m runway). Only the 1999 m alternative is economically profitable when all costs and benefits for the society are included.
