| 摘要： | IMSA recently wrapped up our "mid-winter" board and committee work at the Renaissance Orlando Sea World resort in Orlando, Florida. We spent multiple hours indoors while the Florida weather was anything but wintery outside. The rest of the country didn't fare as well during that time and, unfortunately, a few of our volunteer leaders missed flights and had to join us via Zoom. However, it was a pleasure to meet in person once again to discuss IMSA business and have an opportunity to bond and share life. A few highlights from the recent business meetings include the acceptance of an unmodified opinion audit (very clean) of the 2021 FY financials of IMSA, relevant updates to the Certification Policy and Procedures Manual (CPPM), adoption of volunteer leadership job descriptions from our strategic plan initiative and a thorough review of the IMSA member research, which I wrote about last month. |
