I joined IMSA in September as the Customer Service Coordinator. My role is to assist with the renewal process, answer questions, and audit the paperwork to help expedite the renewal process. I began my career in Customer Service when I was 16 years old at our local hardware store and that's when I realized I enjoyed helping people. Over the years I've held numerous positions, all centered around customer service. From preschool teacher to hotel front desk manager to ministry coordinator in a large church to owning my own direct sales business for the past 20 plus years, ensuring people have the best experience possible is what I strive to accomplish. |
