| 摘要： | Volunteers are the backbone of our association. So, when we decided to modernize the certification exams, we again turned to our members. To date, over 300 volunteers have lent their time and expertise in the development of all new exams and that does not include the almost 3,000 that completed the Job Task Analysis (JTA) survey. |
