摘要：	This study conducted a state survey to assess the feasibility of expanded vanpool operations in Pennsylvania and financing models available. An overview of current commuting patterns and vanpool operations in Pennsylvania is presented and an employer-based survey of attitudes toward vanpool programs was conducted among five firm-based organizations in South Central Pennsylvania in 2010.
