The objective of this study is to investigate the performance of the ODOT Deep Beam bridge guardrail system per the NCHRP Report 350 TL-3 criteria and identify needed design changes. The final expected product is a design of the ODOT Deep Beam Bridge railing system with any needed retrofit that will bring the system into compliance with the NCHRP Report 350 performance criteria per TL-3.
