| 摘要： | The CD 534 regulation, first published in February 2020, has now been updated to version 0.1.0 - meaning chamber tops and gully top products will be required to meet a set of new requirements. Some of the key changes to CD 534 chamber tops include specifying a minimum frame flange area, a lower limit of frame mass and clarifying the type of skid resistance test for chamber top covers with pronounced raised chequer. These adjustments have been made in order to improve installation and service life, increase road user safety and provide detailed guidance for manufacturers. Though small elements of road infrastructure in the grand scheme of things, these crucial changes are important for all road users and vehicles. As safety, longevity, and high performance of products are key across the UK's entire road network, the importance of the updated CD 534 cannot be underestimated. |
