It is a difficult area to get right and by its very nature often means that commercial relationships have broken down and the parties are heading for dispute. It is imperative that any party wishing to terminate a contract is clear as to their right to do so; the procedure that they have to follow; the consequences following termination; and any compensation they are entitled to. |
