Mr Cartwright oversees Operation Tramline, in which National Highways provides three plain white HGV cabs to police forces in England and Wales to carry out patrols and spot unsafe drivers. From the elevated position in the DAF cabs, officers can see across into HGVs but also have a bird's eye view into cars and vans. |
