摘要: The concept is relatively simple. In the Southampton example, the OCH is essentially eight 55-inch screens located at the city council's depot in Millbrook, displaying service information in real-time. The data coming into the hub is not new, nor is the concept of a central control centre. However, BBLP's ability to pool disparate data streams and analyse them in new ways using in-house agile dashboards is producing transformational results. In its first year in Herefordshire, after being launched in early 2021, the prototype OCH achieved a 16% increase in productivity with 61 % of reported defects and issues completed ahead of schedule. In total, 1,901 emergency responses were resolved and 41,544 reactive jobs completed. This is the first phase of the OCH: providing productivity benefits in daily logistics and the planning of reactive works by monitoring all activities in real-time and making data-driven decisions to drive efficiencies.
