| 摘要： | John Sisk has landed a contract to deliver the infrastructure work on the £5.5bn Liverpool Waters residential and commercial development in the Vauxhall area of Merseyside. The contractor is working with Peel L&P, which has submitted a planning application, on plans for new street infrastructure, the development of a 4.7-acre Central Park and public realm areas north of Jesse Hartley Way. Chris Capes, Peel L&P's development director for Liverpool Waters, said: 'This is a very exciting moment for Liverpool Waters as the submission of this planning application is critical to the development of Central Docks. 'These proposals are significant for Liverpool and the North West and will enable development of the whole neighbourhood over the next 10 years. At the same time, we are setting a quality benchmark for all new public realm in later phases of Liverpool Waters. |
