| 摘要： | CSS Wales was formed almost 20 years ago, emerging from what was previously the Welsh Association of Technical Officers, and is a professional association of local authority chief officers from across Wales. We have 22 members operating at the strategic tier of local government, playing a key role in delivering services including highways, transport, waste management, drainage and fleet. This includes road safety, environmental management, highways development, bridges and structures, street lighting and highways maintenance. We also have a number of sub-groups, which look to cover a range of specific themes, tasks and projects. |
