摘要: Customer service is one of our imperatives at National Highways and we're always Looking at ways to improve. So far this year, we've launched a new educational video to help drivers understand smart motorways, rolled out new equipment for our traffic officers and continued to work on providing better information on planned roadworks. To name just three examples! I was pleased to launch the new smart motorway driving hub with Ortis Deley in January. Together we carried out many radio and TV interviews to help explain the new videos that Ortis had filmed with Suzi Perry. The video shows the pair driving on sections of smart motorway, discussing the differences from conventional motorways and explaining how technology is used to keep traffic moving and motorists as safe as possible. It also features traffic officer Siobhan talking about vehicle checks and Sean from the regional operations centre explaining the technology in place. It's well worth a watch. We can all learn to be better and safer drivers.
