| 摘要： | FM Conway has announced two new appointments to its senior leadership team, including Liz Garvey, who returns to the company to take on the role of HR director. Ms Garvey has re-joined FM Conway after a spell responsible for the Lindner Group's UK HR function. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she initially joined the FM Conway HR Team in 2011 and will now focus on 'enhancing the experience of working at FM Conway, building on the great work being delivered by the HR and Learning & Development teams'. She said: 'My focus will be on people and ensuring they have the right support when they need it, with a clear emphasis on planning for the future and equipping our people with the tools and resources they need to operate and innovate in the business environment of today and tomorrow.' Matt Tallon has also been named the new sustainability director. He joins the Aggregates and Asphalt senior leadership team and will be supporting the long-term stability of the business with a critical focus on 'decarbonisation, commodity investment and strategic logistics'. |
