| 摘要： | A panel of experts is scrutinising a draft 10-year asset renewal programme for Wales' strategic road network, which faces a capital maintenance backlog of £ibn The review will also identify where road space can be reallocated to buses and active travel. Last year, the Welsh Government established an independent Roads Review Panel to assess most current Welsh road schemes where construction had not commenced. The panel advised that two schemes be cancelled and is expected to draw similar conclusions on most of the other 55 schemes it is considering. |
