| 摘要： | Esh has bagged a £35m deal to repair the Tyne Bridge in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The first 14-week phase will comprise inspection and assessment before the main scheme, which includes steelwork repairs, repainting, stonework and masonry repairs, waterproofing, bridge joint replacement and work to the central motorway. Steve Conn, pre-construction director at Esh, said: 'As a regional contractor, we are delighted to be appointed to restore the iconic Tyne Bridge, marking the first major maintenance programme delivered on this structure in over two decades.' |
