Four contractors on the framework-DSD Construction, Hailsham Roadways, Multipave, and Tripod Quest - are small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) as National Highways looks to engage with more companies. National Highways' executive director of operations Duncan Smith said: 'Having greatly reduced turnover requirements to encourage applications from SMEs, we are delighted that a number of these lots have been awarded to comparatively smaller organisations. |
