| 摘要： | Engineering company Dyson has been fined £1.5m following an incident where a 1.5-tonne milling machine fell on top of an employee. The injured man, who suffered head and chest injuries, only escaped being crushed because the machine landed on two toolboxes and the handle of another machine. He was moving the machine with a colleague when the incident occurred at the firm's factory in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, in August 2019. |
