| 摘要： | Where traditional truck and car straps do not suffice, to these products equipped with a basic ratchet (911) and rotating hooks (1949) are added a high-friction, flexible sleeve that is positioned over the wheel. The polyester webbing is said to be highly abrasion resistant and includes reinforced sides. Its maximum elongation at LC is 4%, according EN 12195-2 and VDI 2700 Blatt 8.1 and 8.2. Extra colour marking is attached to distinguish the truck strap from the car strap. Outside forces applied to the load caused by the effects of braking, accelerating or cornering have a dramatic effect on how the load is to be restrained. According to Brindley Chain, which offers chain lashing systems in G8, G10 and G12 grades, the shape and type of load as well as the effects of the working angles of the lashings can increase the forces considered. These factors affect the choice of both the type of lashing that should be selected and the method of how they should be used (friction or direct lashing). The essential safety requirements for lashing and load restraint are dictated by BS EN 12195 Parts 1 to 4. |
