| 摘要： | The hospitality sector has been advised to set up safety checks for its outdoor equipment before the busy summer period gets under way. Pubs, restaurants and other hospitality venues often use electrical appliances such as lights and heaters for outdoor areas, but in some cases are not aware of the safety concerns. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has met with industry representatives and local authority enforcement officers to raise awareness. It has recommended that venues arrange for a competent person to carry out electrical installation work and regularly check equipment for damage or water ingress. |
