摘要：	With his father in the building trade and having worked part-time on a farm, Joe Feakins always knew he would be more suited to manual work. After learning of the vacancy at ABE Ledbury, Joe applied immediately. He admits he was "screaming and jumping around" after being offered the job and has never looked back since. Feakins spent one week in every six at a study centre in Bristol as part of his training. This included four days in the classroom and one day in the workshop, with assessments at the end of every week - each of which needed an 80% pass rate. Celebrating 50 years in business this year, ABE Ledbury has enjoyed continued growth over the decades. Today the company employs 75 people and operates a fleet of 50 vehicles, with 60 trailers.
