| 摘要： | JJX Logistics has added a new IVECO S-Way 6×2 rigid to its fleet to boost its operational capabilities in urban areas. JJX Logistics transports a range of cargo throughout the UK and Europe, and is also licensed to carry all nine classes of hazardous material. These include explosives, gases, flammable liquids, oxidising agents and organic peroxides, toxins and infectious substances, radioactive material, corrosives and miscellaneous dangerous goods. The IVECO S-Way rigid is said to be capable of carrying up to 15 tonnes and is equipped with a rear lift axle that reduces tyre wear on return trips and improves manoeuvrability. Additionally, JJX has specified rear air suspension to help improve the ride and handling. A Palfinger forklift has been mounted on the rear of the curtain-sided body to ensure the truck is self-sufficient when loading and unloading at customer sites. This companion vehicle can lift up to two tonnes and is able to load and unload cargo from the back of the S-Way. A Direct Vision system has also been installed to ensure the truck can operate within confined areas of London. JJX's S-Way is equipped with a 460hp Cursor 11 diesel engine that can work with an optional Aero Plus pack, which incorporates a roof spoiler and front cab corner fins. JJX is based in Kingswinford, West Midlands, and says its new vehicle is expected to cover 80,000 to 100,000 miles each year. |
